  • Manage scheduling of CEO, including but not limited to; calenders, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
  • Handle administrative needs of Executives
  • Provide administration and office support
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
  • Drafting proposals and email outreach & other BD activities
